A cooperative board game to help teams and organisations thrive in the 21st century
The transition from the industrial to the information society is characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Well-rehearsed strategies, cultures and structures are suddenly no longer appropriate.
Blind Spot is a cooperative board game to help teams and organisations cultivate skills and mindset for the 21st century: During 60 minutes, 4 players are confronted with 35 scenarios and 5 disruptions. Speed, strategy and collaboration matter to handle challenges and resolve conflicting goals. A configurable game board enables players to recreate their own business context. The game creates a psychological safe space - the magic circle - to shift from routine into reflection.
Blind Spot, winner of the Executive MBA Diploma Award 2020 at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), was researched and developed by Sabrina Schenardi and Matthias Koller, supported by game developer Robert Stoop.
